Job summary

CSI International, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a reliable Night Cleaner to join our part-time facilities team. You will perform cleaning tasks in the evenings, maintain a clean facility, lock doors, and arm alarms as needed.

The ideal candidate has basic cleaning experience, can work independently or with a team, and understands safety with cleaning products. High school diploma or GED and authorization to work in the U.S. are required. Flexible hours may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).
• Experience in building cleaning preferred.
• Ability to work evenings and nights.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Cleaning and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
• Lock up the facility, potentially arming alarms, independently.
• Notify supervisors or managers of major repairs.
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Work with a contract cleaning service when necessary.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.
