Job summary

CSI International Inc. is seeking a reliable Night Cleaner for our Orlando facilities to perform evening cleaning tasks, keep the buildings spotless, and ensure doors are secured after hours.

You should have cleaning experience, be comfortable using standard cleaning supplies and equipment, and work independently or with a team. A high school diploma or GED and lawful work status in the U.S. are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends if needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and upkeep.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Lock up the facility and possibly arm alarms.
• Notify supervisors of major repairs.
• Complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies stocked.
• Work with contract cleaners as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
