Job summary

CSI International Inc. seeks a reliable night cleaner to keep facilities clean in the evenings, performing a range of tasks from vacuuming to restocking restrooms and debris removal.

You may lock doors and arm alarms as part of your shift, and work independently or with a contract cleaning team as needed. You should have some cleaning experience, basic knowledge of cleaning products, and the ability to work safely with cleaning equipment.

Qualifications

• Time management and ability to work without constant supervision.
• Ability to communicate problems to supervisors quickly.
• Work safely with cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Able to work independently or with a team.
• Use basic cleaning equipment effectively.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify).
• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of the building and maintaining it in good condition.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and stock restrooms.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
• Remove debris and snow from sidewalks.
• Ensure doors are locked after hours.
• Clean spills with appropriate equipment.
• Lock up the facility and potentially arm alarms.
• Notify supervisors of major repairs.
• Complete tasks promptly with minimal supervision.
• Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
• Work with a contract cleaning service when needed.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
