Shadow Plastics is a division of Rice Lake Weighing Systems located in Rice Lake, WI. The Operator role covers running bag machines, splicing lines, and assembling boxes on a night-shift schedule.

The position emphasizes teamwork, safety, and meeting high-quality work orders while maintaining a clean, safe work area on-site at our Wisconsin facility. Responsibilities include packaging, line changeovers, scrap segregation, and general housekeeping.

Formación

• Ability to read and understand work orders.
• Capability to read and use a tape measure.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to use basic hand tools including utility knives.

Responsabilidades

• Operate bag machines and run lines for Shadow Plastics.
• Perform roll and bag packaging as required.
• Make safe, efficient splices on all lines.
• Assemble boxes as needed; operate core-cutter.
