Job summary

Amcor is seeking a production operator for night shifts to join our world-class manufacturing team. You will set up, operate, and adjust extrusion lines to produce high-quality packaging products safely and efficiently.

You’ll train and support Machine Line Operators, troubleshoot equipment, and help maintain strict quality controls while working twelve-hour nights and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 35 lbs.
• Forklift operation experience preferred; training may be provided.
• Experience with extrusion equipment is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and hands-on mindset.
• Experience working in a team-oriented manufacturing environment is valued.
• Familiarity with extrusion or converting equipment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust equipment to produce high-quality products safely.
• Lead daily production activities on assigned lines and train MLOs.
• Troubleshoot equipment to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Safely start lines, monitor production, and perform quality checks.
