Job summary

Kingspan Insulation is seeking team members for night-shift manufacturing roles. Base pay is $21.00 per hour plus a $1.00 shift differential, with a 7 PM to 7 AM schedule and a 4 days on, 4 days off pattern. We emphasize safety, quality, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or similar environment.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment and follow directions.
• Must be able to read and interpret documents and write routine reports.

Responsibilities

• Performs all work in a safe manner; promotes and fosters a safe work environment.
• Operates process lines and equipment; conducts minor maintenance tasks.
• Measures product quality properties and records data.
• Assists Line Leads/Area Leader in mechanical repairs.
• Performs product changeovers and completes necessary paperwork.
• Makes adjustments to lines to ensure product quality.
• Notifies supervisor of equipment or process problems.
