Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Familiarity with molding processes, molds, and machinery.
• Experience or training in plastics extrusion/is extrusion blow molding preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and GDP practices is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate extrusion blow molding equipment to meet quality and output targets.
• Perform startup and document quality management system data.
• Troubleshoot process and mold issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Verify process parameters and maintain equipment in good working order.
• Train team members and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain attendance and work flexible shifts including overtime as needed.
