Job summary

ITW’s Zip-Pak facility in Atlanta seeks an extruder operator to run plastic extrusion lines and maintain product quality. The role requires 12-hour night shifts (7pm–7am) with a 2-2-3 schedule and alternating weekends.

You will monitor line speed, adjust process variables, perform changeovers, and ensure proper packaging and safety practices. The ideal candidate has extrusion experience (desirable but not required), a High School diploma or GED, and a stable work history with solid

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain extrusion lines to meet quality specs.
• Make adjustments to line speed, uptime and yield to satisfy production targets.
• Perform line changeovers and line cleaning as required.
• Complete quality checks and ensure accurate data entry.
• Ensure correct packaging, labeling and pallet configuration.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and report hazards.
