Morgan Corp. is seeking a skilled Excavator Operator for the night shift at our Raleigh, NC project. The role focuses on safe operation of heavy equipment to perform excavation, grading, and site preparation tasks in varied outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities include equipment inspections, basic maintenance, and compliant documentation. Candidates must have 2+ years of experience, a valid drivers license, and willingness to travel across the southeastern U.S. overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Valid drivers license is required.
• Willingness to travel to project sites in the southeastern U.S.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/overtime when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavator and other heavy equipment safely to perform excavation and site prep.
• Conduct routine inspections and basic preventative maintenance on assigned machinery.
• Keep accurate logs and complete required paperwork.
• Follow company and site policies and procedures.
