Geisinger Wyoming Valley (GWV) seeks a Supervisor of Environmental Services to lead a night-shift EVS team. You will supervise daily operations, ensure safety and sanitation compliance, and communicate with other departments to resolve issues, maintaining professional service standards.

You’ll manage scheduling, timecards, performance reviews, and staff development while upholding system-wide and department standards in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years relevant environmental services experience.
• CHEST certification within 18 months of start date.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsabilités

• Supervises daily EVS staff performance and workflow.
• Verifies assignments are performed thoroughly and effectively.
• Conducts performance evaluations and sets goals for staff, including competency reviews.
• Interviews, hires, orients, trains, and tests new hires.
