Job summary

Hollywood Casino & Hotel in Missouri is seeking a dedicated EVS supervisor to lead overnight cleaning and facilities maintenance. The role includes supervising staff, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting daily operations within the casino environment.

Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with a night shift from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am. The position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth within PENN Entertainment properties.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of experience as cleaner in EVS or equivalent.
• Good communication skills.
• Computer applications skills.
• Length of time in position to become proficient.
• Physically mobile with ability to push, pull, carry, and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all cleaning and maintenance operations and department personnel during assigned shifts.
• Supervise the cleaning, follow up of maintenance, and repair of all facilities and equipment.
• Contribute and assist in the evaluation of employee performance reviews.
• Provide and administer all new hire training.
• Maintain key control.
• Be involved with the scheduling, disciplinary actions, payroll and inventory, and purchasing procedures, but not solely responsible.
• Be accountable for follow-through with department walkthrough, special cleaning projects, and the maintaining of departmental cleanliness standards.
