Qualifikationen

• Must have prior housekeeping or Environmental Services management experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing salaried and/or hourly employees
• Experience leading housekeeping/EVS in healthcare or similar settings
• Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work night schedule and travel between locations

Aufgaben

• Lead EVS operations across 34 small healthcare locations
• Supervise and develop a team of 5 FTEs
• Provide leadership promoting teamwork, accountability, morale, quality and respect
• Conduct inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards
• Maintain patient, customer and facility satisfaction
• Manage assignments, schedules, training and performance
• Coach team members and address performance concerns promptly
• Monitor cleaning processes to meet quality standards
• Collaborate with leadership to meet goals
• Analyze data to improve quality, productivity and efficiency
• Monitor supply usage, labor, budgets and performance
• Maintain quality control systems and regulatory compliance
• Travel between locations to provide leadership and support
