Job summary

CalvertHealth Medical Center in Maryland is seeking a Registered Nurse for the CMC Emergency Department. This full-time position covers night shifts from 7pm to 7am, with a salary range of $35.54-$51.01 per hour.

You will assess and plan nursing care per department policies while maintaining required competencies and certifications. Qualifications include an RN license in Maryland (or compact state), a Nursing Diploma or AA degree, and 1-2 years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or associate degree in nursing required.
• Maryland RN license or compact state license required.
• 1-2 years of related nursing experience preferred.
• Stroke training within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan and implement nursing care per department policies.
• Maintain unit competencies and mandatory trainings.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families and staff.
• Demonstrate professionalism and patient safety daily.
