ChristianaCare's Union Hospital Emergency Department in Cecil County, Maryland, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a part-time shift schedule (2 shifts per week, 1 p.m. to 1:30 a.m.).

The ED treats a diverse patient population in a fast-paced environment, and nurses work closely with providers to ensure patient safety and high quality care. Requirements include Maryland RN or compact state license, Associate degree (BSN preferred), BLS; ACLS/PALS preferred with 1-year cert, two years acute care

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of Maryland or compact state.
• Associates Nursing Degree, BSN preferred.
• Two years experience required. Acute Care preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS and PALS preferred - must get within 1 year of service.
• CEN preferred.

Responsabilités

• The Union Hospital Emergency Department is seeking nurses who thrive in a fast paced environment with a thirst for knowledge to work in a community based Emergency Department.
• The successful candidate must be comfortable caring for all ages and populations.We seek a flexible nurse with a team oriented approach to patient care.
• Our nurses work closely with providers to provide excellent quality of care and patient safety.
• Hours: This position is a schedule of 2 shifts per week for the hours of 1 p.m. - 1:30 a.m.
• Weekend and holiday requirements are per hospital practice.
