Job summary

Plan A Health is seeking a full-time night shift Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a community hospital setting. The role involves delivering comprehensive ER care, collaborating with a care team, and ensuring patient safety around the clock.

The ideal candidate holds an ADN or BSN, with at least 1 year of ER experience, Oklahoma RN licensure, and current BLS; ACLS and PALS are expected within 30 days of hire. This is a demanding, yet rewarding position in a patient-centered facility.

Qualifications

• ADN or BSN degree.
• Minimum of 1 year ER experience.
• Oklahoma RN license (or multi-state license).
• BLS within 14 days, ACLS and PALS within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document patient care to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Provide age-appropriate care by applying growth and development principles.
• Develop and modify care plans according to standards and policies.
• Supervise and monitor LPNs as needed.
