Job summary

Appling Healthcare in Georgia is seeking an Emergency Room Registered Nurse to assess patients, implement and monitor medical plans, and perform triage. Shift available: 7p-7a. The role requires current RN license in Georgia, BLS, CPI, and ACLS certifications within designated timeframes.

Experience in ER is preferred but not required. You will participate in patient care, documentation, and family communication while ensuring patient safety and adherence to hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Georgia.
• BLS, CPI, ACLS certifications required within specified timeframes.
• ER RN experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and identifies patient needs and implements care plans.
• Administers medications per policy and documents accurately.
• Performs triage and monitors patient condition changes hourly.
• Communicates updates to families and medical staff.
• Serves as preceptor for nursing students and orients new hires.
