Health Here in Belleville, IL seeks an experienced Critical Care RN for our emergency department. You will deliver high-quality, compassionate care to the most vulnerable patients and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current valid nursing license in the practicing state.
• Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Required BLS certification; ACLS and CCRN preferred.
• Experience in critical care or emergency nursing is advantageous.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
• Administer treatments, medications, and interventions per protocols.
• Monitor patient status and respond to changes promptly.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
