Job summary

Adecco is recruiting for an Equipment Operator in Southington, CT to join a team dedicated to quality, safety, and advanced manufacturing in medical device production. You will operate and monitor automated assembly machines and support process improvements.

Shifts are Mon–Fri, 10:45 PM–7:15 AM, and the pay is $23.50 per hour with weekly pay. Onboarding specialist and recruiter support are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience operating automated or semi-automated manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and mechanical adjustments.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow SOPs and production procedures.

Responsibilities for an Equipment Operator include but are not limited to:

• Operate and monitor automated assembly machines, ensuring efficient production and minimal downtime
• Perform machine start-up, changeovers, and preventive maintenance (PM) tasks
• Troubleshoot machine faults and performance issues, escalating when necessary
• Maintain accurate production documentation, batch records, and quality control checks

Candidates for Equipment Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Experience operating automated or semi-automated manufacturing equipment
• Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and mechanical adjustments
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and compliance standards

This Equipment Operator position is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.

Pay Details: $23.50 per hour
