Job summary

Swagelok in Solon, Ohio seeks an Equipment Maintenance Tech Level 4 for a 24/7 night shift. The role requires strong experience in maintenance across multiple asset types, with deep understanding of Rx principles and cross-functional collaboration.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least four years of relevant maintenance experience. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues, and leading shift start-up meetings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 4 years of applicable maintenance experience.
• Technical degree is equivalent to 2 years' experience.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Ability to operate and complete Swagelok internal Powered Industrial Equipment training.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and utilizes proper hand tools.
• Performs preventative maintenance per SOM’s.
• Diagnoses mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical problems.
• Leads shift start up meeting and supports reliability initiatives.
• Trains others in basic shielding and basic plumbing.
