Job summary

Swagelok in Solon, Ohio is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Tech Level 4 to support 24/7 night operations. The role requires hands-on maintenance across mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems with strong troubleshooting skills.

You will lead shift start-ups, participate in reliability initiatives, and train others in fabrication and shielding techniques. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive safety and training programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years of applicable maintenance experience.
• Technical degree is equivalent to 2 years' experience.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Ability to operate and successfully complete Swagelok internal Powered Industrial Equipment training

Responsibilities

• Identifies and utilizes the proper hand tools.
• Follows safety practices and policies (LO/TO, PPE, etc.).
• Uses basic shop math and understands the lean toolbox.
• Performs preventative maintenance per SOM’s.
• Provides maintenance welding and soldering support.
• Uses fabrication and machining equipment to support operations.
• Leads shift start up meetings.
• Promotes and supports Reliability Excellence process.
• Diagnoses mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical problems.
• Interprets equipment blueprints and schematics.
