Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a part-time Environmental Services teammate for Aurora Sinai Medical Center in Milwaukee. This 24-hour-per-week role includes a night shift from 11:00pm to 7:30am, with every-other weekend and holiday coverage.

You will clean patient care areas, restrooms, and public spaces using power cleaning equipment, set up meeting rooms, and handle basic safety reporting. Training and day-to-day direction duties may be included.

Qualifications

• Experience operating cleaning equipment and following safety procedures.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain schedules.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow department policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Clean patient care areas, offices, and common spaces using cleaning equipment.
• Set up rooms for meetings and deliver AV equipment as needed.
• Monitor safety hazards and report equipment issues to supervision.
• Assist with waste disposal and linen handling per guidelines.
• Provide day-to-day work direction and training to staff when needed.
