Qualifications

• Experience with stripping, waxing, buffing floors per AORN standards.
• Experience with floor scrubber/buffing equipment.
• Current CA driver''s license (PM shift only) within 6 months of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe, clean working environment in accordance with infection control requirements.
• Move heavy equipment, bins, receptacles, and patient beds as needed.
• Collect bio waste and trash throughout the facility and dispose of it properly.
• Collect and distribute linen; maintain floors and cleaning schedules.
• Discharge/occupied rooms cleaning per departmental training checklist and ensure courtesy service.
