Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp. is hiring entry level aerospace alloy manufacturing workers for night shift in Chittenango, NY. No prior experience required; full training provided in a brand-new facility.

The role supports daily production, handles recycled metals, and assists furnace operations while learning industrial equipment. Starting pay is $22.54/hr with a $3/hr night differential and a $1,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to learn industrial equipment.
• Ability to read/follow written instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic math skills for weighing and measuring.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Basic computer skills are needed.
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Ability to work overtime and on-site in Chittenango, NY.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, clean, sort, resize, and weigh recycled metals to prepare for melting.
• Operate basic equipment after training (grinders, analyzers, cut-off saws).
• Record weights, batch data, and traceability information.
• Organize, stage, label, and prepare materials for furnace charging.
• Assist furnace operators by delivering charge materials safely.
• Safely operate cranes, hoists, and forklifts (training provided).
• Follow SOPs, work instructions, and safety requirements.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and support 5S standards.
• Communicate effectively to support production flow and problem solving.
