St. Patrick Center, part of Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of St. Louis, is seeking an Engagement Staff member for Rosati Place off-site location.

The role supports daily care of clients, handles calls, and performs assigned clinical duties while working up to 19 hours per week on Saturdays and Sundays, 12:00a.m.–8:00a.m. Starting compensation is $18 per hour. Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Current Med Tech Certificate or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• First aid training and CPR can be obtained after hire.
• Current TB test within 30 days of hire.
• Experience with mental health/SUD required.
• Housing First philosophy knowledge.
• Knowledge of mental health and co-occurring diagnoses.

Aufgaben

• Maintain positive relationship with each client.
• Assist in implementing daily direct care per treatment goals at Rosati Place.
• Handle front desk duties and respond to calls professionally.
• Distribute medication to clients using EMAR system.
• Prepare meals meeting licensure standards as applicable.
• Document up to 15 client interactions per day.
• Communicate regularly with supervisor for feedback.
• Assist with Rosati Place audit requirements and daily tasks.
