Job summary

Enloe Health in California seeks a Patient Access Representative III for Emergency Department registration. You will accurately collect demographics, insurance, financial and clinical data to register patients presenting for treatment and facilitate efficient operations, expeditious reimbursement and patient satisfaction.

The role requires experience in patient access with strong communication skills; adhere to privacy regulations and work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one of the following: Competency as Patient Access Representative I or II at Enloe Medical Center
• 6 months in a hospital patient registration position
• 2 years patient registration experience in a doctor’s office or medical setting

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze demographics, insurance, financial and clinical data to register patients.
• Facilitate efficient operations, expeditious reimbursement and customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to regulatory compliance and Enloe Medical Center Code of Conduct.
