Job summary

Salem Health's emergency department in Salem, OR is seeking a clinical nurse for night shift in a busy Level II Trauma Center. You will perform assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care across the lifespan.

You’ll join a fast-paced, variable schedule consisting of three 12‑hour night shifts weekly. Eligible candidates hold a BSN or ADN with MSN option, must be licensed RN in Oregon, and bring strong critical thinking

Qualifications

• RN with Oregon license in good standing and BSN/ADN/MSN pathway as described.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum one year acute care RN experience; ED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs accurate, ongoing, age-appropriate assessments.
• Develops and updates care plans with the care team.
• Documents assessments, plans, interventions, and patient responses.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and supports families.
• Adheres to infection control and safety policies.
