Hartford HealthCare’s MidState Medical Center in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN to join a high‑volume, patient‑centered team. You will work nights 7:15p–7:15a, providing evidence‑based care under the Nurse Manager and collaborating with interdisciplinary staff to meet diverse patient needs.

The role requires CT RN licensure, a BSN preferred, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred; current RN license in CT.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high‑volume ED setting.
• Self-directed in the management of patient care.
• Previous Emergency Nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide evidence‑based nursing care in a fast‑paced ED.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and execute patient care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans using the nursing process.
