Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license in CT.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
• Self-directed in the management of patient care.
• Emergency nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process to develop a plan of care meeting physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to support patient and family.
• Deliver evidence-based care in accordance with hospital policies and state law.
