South Shore Health, Weymouth, MA, is seeking a Night shift RN for the Emergency Department to deliver individualized nursing care using the nursing process. Responsibilities include medication administration, care planning, and patient education while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role requires an RN license, BLS/ACLS as applicable, and the ability to document and communicate effectively with patients and families. 7p-7:30a shifts with weekends/holidays rotation may apply.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing and licensed as an RN.
• Experience with acute care nursing and adherence to policy.
• Ability to document and communicate care plans clearly.
• Knowledge of infection control, patient safety and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, transcribe, and record medications per SSH policies.
• Develop, update and communicate an individualized plan of care.
• Assess and reassess patient needs, document care and outcomes.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and patient privacy.
• Support patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Engage in professional development and use of clinical tools.
