Qualifications

• Active MA Registered Nurse license required.
• Experience in hospital nursing preferred.
• Familiarity with nursing policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Administers medications following SSH policies and documents accurately.
• Develops and updates individualized plans of care and communicates outcomes.
• Performs admission assessments within 8 hours of admission and identifies teaching needs.
• Continuously reassesses patient needs and documents care per policy.
• Ensures documentation adheres to nursing standards and disease processes.
• Maintains patient comfort and advocates for patient/family needs; communicates plan daily and supports discharge planning.
