Qualificações

• RN license in Massachusetts is required.
• BLS, ACLS and related certifications may be required per department.
• Participation in ongoing professional development and compliance training.

Responsabilidades

• Medication administration, transcription, documentation per SSH policies.
• Develop, update and communicate individualized plan of care for patients.
• Admission assessment within 8 hours and patient/family teaching.
• Document care per unit standards and policies; monitor pain management.
• Facilitate discharge/transfer planning and day-to-day communication.
• Maintain safety, hygiene, regulatory compliance and chart accuracy.
• Engage in patient/family centered care and collaborative teamwork.
• Commit to professional development and ethical practice.
