Qualifications

• Must be board certified or board eligible within 3 years.
• Must complete an ER Residency Program or ER Fellowship.
• Graduate of a medical/osteopathic medical school is required.
• Licensed or eligible for State of Iowa physician license; Iowa CDS and Federal DEA Certificate.
