Job summary

Milwaukee Electronics is seeking a Machine Operator to set up, run, and maintain production equipment used in electronics assembly, including SMT Pick-and-Place, Through‑Hole Insertion, Sequencers, Wave Solder, and Reflow systems. You’ll work three 12‑hour night shifts (Monday–Wednesday, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM) for a four‑day weekend, with overtime pay and a 10% shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–6 months manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic data entry and computer skills.
• Ability to read and follow English instructions and safety documentation.

• Ability to interpret performance graphs.

Responsibilities

• Read job specifications and set up machines accordingly.
• Operate production equipment with attention to quality and efficiency.
• Use computer programs to access and follow assembly instructions.
• Monitor machines to detect defects or malfunctions and correct or route as needed.
• Perform minor machine maintenance per documented instructions.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members and contribute to problem-solving.
