Spherion Staffing is seeking motivated Production Operators to join a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing team in Alburtis, PA. In this role you will perform routine assembly, manual soldering, and machine operation to build high-quality electronic products on a night shift.

Qualifications

• No degree required.
• 0-1 years of experience in manufacturing or assembly.
• Ability to read and follow detailed assembly instructions and documentation.
• Basic manual dexterity and coordination for small components.
• Ability to inspect components and identify defects.

Responsibilities

• Manual Assembly: perform precise hand soldering and assembly.
• Equipment Operation: set up and operate semi/fully automatic tools and test equipment.
• Quality Inspection: inspect components and run functional tests to meet standards.
• Problem Solving: report issues to Team Leader when bottlenecks occur.
• Safety & Compliance: maintain a clean, safe workstation and follow guidelines.
