Responsibilities

• Component Placement: Manually place small electronic components onto circuit boards prior to soldering, ensuring exact alignment.
• Machine Operation Support: Help monitor automated assembly equipment, including SMT machinery, feeders, and ovens.
• Hand Assembly & Soldering: Perform precise hand-soldering and mechanical assembly of small parts using tools, tweezers, and magnifying equipment.
• Quality Inspection: Visually inspect completed circuit boards for defects, missing parts, or misalignment.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate digital production logs and follow detailed assembly drawings and instructions.
