Job summary

Westlake Royal Building Products is seeking an Electromechanical Technician to perform PLC-based diagnostics, programming and maintenance on our manufacturing equipment. The role includes installing, troubleshooting and repairing PLCs, motors, drives and related electrical systems while supporting mechanical tasks as needed.

The position is night shift, with hours discussed during interview. Candidates should have an Associates Degree in Electronics with 3+ years of hands-on electronics

Qualifications

• Experience with PLC logic and troubleshooting
• Electrical and mechanical background; 3-phase, 480V power
• Ability to climb and work at elevated heights

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, repair and installation of PLCs on manufacturing equipment
• Modify and troubleshoot PLC logic and controls
• Design and assemble control circuits and cabinets with UI
• Maintain plant electrical systems, motors and drives
• Troubleshoot motor drives and PLC circuits
• Comply with safety rules and company procedures
