Job summary

Corrugated Supplies Co. (CSC) is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to perform maintenance, setup, diagnostics, and repair of corrugated sheet-producing equipment.

The role supports a 3rd shift (11 pm–7 am) in a 24/6 operation, ensuring machinery runs reliably and meets spec requirements. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in mechanical/electrical work within manufacturing, experience with PLCs and automated systems, and familiarity with reading schematics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanic and electrical experience required.
• 5+ years’ experience in a manufacturing facility installing and troubleshooting electrical components and machinery.
• Experience in the corrugated industry is required.
• Related military training experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance, installation, dismantling, assembling, troubleshooting, and repair of corrugated machinery.
• Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, bearings, gearboxes, and hydraulic/pneumatic components.
• Calibrate machines electrically and mechanically.
• Read and interpret schematics; service control systems and robotics as needed.
• Schedule and perform PMs; train and mentor junior technicians.
