Nestlé Purina North America is hiring for an industrial electrical maintenance role at our Allentown facility. You will troubleshoot electrical controls, install sensors, and maintain plant motors and switchgear, with a 6 PM–6 AM shift and a pay rate of $40.39 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, military, or related environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical controls systems including motors and PLCs
• Properly use basic diagnostic equipment including volt/ohm meter, wiggie, ammeter and megger
• Proper usage of PPE equipment while operating in the MCC rooms
• Installation of sensors
• Install, troubleshoot and maintain switch gear, control wiring and components, overcurrent and overload protection for plant motor(s) including three phase systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain plant electrical and electronic equipment to competent level including operator interfaces, process controllers, power supplies, etc.
• All other duties as assigned
• This role will be required to work 6PM-6AM.
