Job summary

Quad is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Technician for our Burlington, WI facility. The role involves maintaining and repairing equipment, troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, and supporting installation of new and used machinery. Relocation may be available for qualified candidates living 100+ miles away.

The work schedule offers 4 x 10-hour night shifts or 5 x 8-hour shifts with possible overtime, weekends, and holidays. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 4 years of industrial maintenance experience in mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Willing to work overtime and on-call.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Able to troubleshoot production-related deficiencies and develop corrective plans.
• Safety-focused with ability to work with service orders and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Provide general maintenance with emphasis on mechanical/electrical controls on printing equipment.
• Conduct diagnostic inspections and repair maintenance on production equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment including conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, fans, blowers.
• Work with AC/DC control systems, drives, motors.
• Maintain equipment documentation for calibration and tolerances.
