Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking an Entry-Level Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Production Technician to support EHS initiatives at the Hodges Busway manufacturing facility. Core hours are 11:30 pm – 7:30 am, Monday to Friday.

You will implement EHS policies, conduct safety inspections, support investigations, maintain SDS and training records, and help coordinate training. Work with the site EHS Manager to promote a zero-incident culture and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• No immigration sponsorship is offered for this position.
• Candidates must live within 50 miles of the Hodges, SC work location.

Responsibilities

• Support EHS initiatives at Hodges Busway facility.
• Assist in implementing EHS policies, procedures and programs.
• Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Assist with incident investigations and 8D analysis.
• Maintain EHS documentation and training records.
• Coordinate EHS training sessions for employees and contractors.
• Monitor safety equipment and emergency supplies.
• Evaluate ergonomic improvements and implement changes.
