Job summary

You will directly supervise night staff, coordinate workflow, oversee sanitation, receiving and shipping, and prepare the facility for the next shift while partnering with QA, Transportation and maintenance to uphold standards.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising night-shift depot personnel.
• Ability to train and coach staff in duties and safety.
• Knowledge of sanitation, biosecurity and documentation.
• Strong communication and teamwork with QA and transportation.
• Maintain safety and standardized procedures across the shift.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise night-shift depot personnel and assign work.
• Monitor performance, attendance, breaks and time in accordance with policy.
• Train and coach on safety, sanitation, biosecurity and expectations.
• Oversee nightly workload, shipments, and maintain workflow.
• Coordinate with Transportation, QA, Maintenance and other departments.
• Ensure areas are clean, organized, and compliant with procedures.
• Document staffing issues, equipment problems, and significant events.
• Provide clear handoffs and ensure readiness for the next shift.
