Qualifications

• Experience supervising a grader team in a production or packing facility.
• Ability to Schedule grader operations and coordinate daily tasks.
• Familiarity with TSA processes and documentation for export orders.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and scheduling the grader team.
• Schedule grader operations and monitor daily progress.
• Verify egg counts and pull eggs for customer orders.
• Prepare eggs for shipping and ensure timely order processing.
• Maintain all paperwork related to the egg grader operation.
• Communicate with graders to complete customer orders accurately.
• Keep management updated on order status throughout the day.
• Coordinate priority orders with the manager for each day.
• Learn customer criteria for export orders and TSA requirements.
• Prepare TSA documents and schedule TSA-certified employees.
• Write daily job assignments on the task board and track progress.
• Review take-out sheets and adjust orders as needed.
• Ensure all orders and deadlines are met and trucks have NPIP where required.
