Job summary

Texas Health Denton is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Night Shift in the Emergency Department. This is a full-time role with 36 hours per week, 3-12 hour shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, at the Texas Health Denton campus.

Eligible new hires may receive a sign-on bonus upon hire with a signed retention agreement. A patient-centered, team-focused environment supports ongoing education and advancement opportunities within the Emergency Department.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to ED patients.
• Rapidly assess patient conditions and triage in the Emergency Department.
• Collaborate with physicians, techs, and support staff to deliver high-quality care.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes to ensure quality standards.
