Formación

• Ability to use a high level of abstract reasoning to assess patient needs and revise plans.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows-based programs.
• Fluent in English (reading, speaking, writing).
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in an acute hospital setting.
• RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates critical thinking appropriate to patient’s level of care.
• Collects and documents patient health data systematically and timely.
• Develops individualized, evidence-based care plans aligned with interdisciplinary goals.
• Implements plan of care safely and documents actions taken.
• Ensures accurate handoff communications and documentation.

• Maintains regulatory compliance and participates in quality and safety initiatives.
• Advocates for patients and manages resources to support care.
