Sentara BelleHarbour Emergency Department in North Suffolk, VA, is hiring a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (7p–7a). This fast‑paced, team‑centered ED delivers high‑quality care to adult and pediatric patients and offers strong clinical leadership and a collaborative environment.

Requirements include a Registered Nurse license, BLS within 90 days, ACLS and PALS prior to orientation completion, and 2 years of ER/acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license is required.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• ACLS and PALS required prior to orientation completion.
• BLS required within 90 days of hire.
• 2 years ER/acute care experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process across assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with physicians, patients, and the care team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Care for adult and pediatric patients in a fast-paced ED.
• Demonstrate ethical, culturally congruent practice and professional performance.
