Qualifications

• Preferred experience as CNA, nurse assistant, EMT, or surgical technician.

Responsibilities

• Implements direct patient care under supervision, administers or assists with ADLs, performs vital signs, intake/output, and prevention measures.
• Collects clinical data and reports changes in patient status to the nurse.
• Assists nurse with patient and family education; documents patient care activities with medical terminology.
