Job summary

KLN Family Brands in Perham, MN is hiring a Night Shift Dry Packaging Machine Operator to operate and maintain the line, ensuring continuous quality, efficiency, sanitation and safety. This full-time role reports to the night shift supervisor.

Responsibilities include starting equipment, controlling packaging materials, recording daily reports, and assisting with line maintenance. The position offers profit sharing eligibility after one year, plus health benefits, PTO, holidays, and education

Qualifications

• General mathematical ability and basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read, speak, write and understand English.
• Be able to meet physical requirements for the role.
• Willing to work flexible hours including night shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 65 lbs and work in a loud, dusty, hot environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dry packaging line during night shift.
• Start up equipment and perform required setup changes.
• Control packaging materials, codes, and expiration labels.
• Record daily production reports and assist with line metrics.
• Coordinate between supervisors, foremen, and line workers.
