Job summary

KLN Family Brands is hiring a Night Shift Dry Packaging Machine Operator to operate and maintain a packaging line, ensuring quality, efficiency, sanitation, and safety. Reports to night shift supervisor and assistant supervisor, with a strong focus on production coordination and line readiness.

The role requires basic math, English proficiency, and physical stamina to handle up to 65 lbs, along with willingness to work required shifts and hours.

Qualifications

• General mathematical ability and basic computer skills are required.
• Must be able to read, speak, write and understand English.
• Able to meet physical requirements for the job.
• Willing to work hours and shifts as required by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a dry packaging line to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Communicate with supervisor/foreman on production concerns.
• Set up and start required equipment for production.
• Control packaging materials, code dates, expiration dates, and product specs.
• Complete daily reports and assist with line maintenance and repairs.
