Job summary

KLN Family Brands in Perham, MN is seeking a Night Shift Dry Packaging Machine Operator to run and maintain the packaging line, ensuring quality, sanitation, and safety on the night shift.

The role covers 10pm–6am, coordinating packaging materials, setup, and reporting to the night shift supervisor. You will perform line adjustments, troubleshoot issues, and complete daily reports while supporting other lines as needed.

Qualifications

• General mathematical ability and basic computer skills.
• Must be able to read, speak, write and understand English.
• Ability to meet physical requirements for the role.
• Willing to work hours as required by supervisor.
• Willing to fill in on other shifts as required by supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the dry packaging line to ensure quality, efficiency, sanitation and safety.
• Start and set up all required equipment for production.
• Control packaging materials, code dates, expiration dates, and product specs.
• Assist in line maintenance and equipment adjustment; troubleshoot problems.
• Complete daily reports and support in supervising line workers.
