Job summary

KLN Family Brands, based in Perham, MN, is hiring a Nights Dry Packaging Machine Operator for the 10pm–6am shift. The role focuses on operating and maintaining the packaging line to ensure quality, efficiency, sanitation, and safety.

Qualifications

• General mathematical ability and basic computer skills.
• Must be able to climb 150 feet.
• Be able to meet physical requirements for the position.
• Willing to work hours and shifts as required by the supervisor.
• Must be able to read, speak, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the packaging line to ensure quality, efficiency, sanitation and safety.
• Record daily production reports and communicate with supervisors on production concerns.
• Coordinate packaging materials, code dates, expiration dates, stickers and product specs.
• Assist in line setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting as needed.
• Supervise line workers and assist with training and coverage across shifts.
